COVID update

Pay per class in place through end of 2023 in order to ensure anyone with symptoms stays home without having paid a monthly fee.
All classes outdoors when weather allows. When indoors we have windows open with fan ventilation.

Masks optional.

We will cover:

  • Situational and self-awareness
  • De-escalation tactics
  • Blocks, strikes, kicks
  • Bullying and Assault
Fun and Safe self defense class.
